My sister and I have both been ripped off by this company. We went together for the free consultation. We signed a paper, only because it would lock in our price for 1 year(high pressure sales). It states that we could get a full refund if we changed our mind within 7 days of signing or within 24 hrs of the appointment to
see the surgeon, which I sepcificaly asked the consultant
Judy Moore if we could get a full refund. She said yes absolutely!
My sister's eye doctor told her not to have the surgery because of something they found at a routine exam.
My financial situation has changed and I can't afford to have the proceedure done.(only one income). They have refused both of us our refund. I am not a wealthy person and need this money to pay for a hospital bill. They basicly said "Too Bad So Sad".
I called the Corporate Office and they said that it would be up to the Tampa Office to decide if I got my deposit back!..Well that tells me a lot.
Isn't there any way to stop Lifestyle Lift from ripping off more unsuspecting victims, and get the deposits back from people who were ripped off by Lifestyle Lift? Can anyone out there help us?

First, I hope you are able to get your deposit back.
Be grateful you are not getting the procedure. My mom, who has always been beautiful, got the procedure. She wanted to get rid of some bags because she lost weight and the skin on her face was sagging.
She was laid up for over 2 weeks. She had so many bandages, lots of bleeding (but not abnormal bleeding according to her doctor) and pockets of blood collected behind the stitches in her hairline. They say you can return to work after 2 days. No way!
Thank god she still looks like she did before the procedure. However, those are also the key words. After all that, she looks like she did before the procedure. Absolutely no difference (we took before and after photos, of course).
