lightinthebox.com Well I ordered a dress and the first time it was the wrong size. So I had to file a report to get them to give me the second dress. I eventually received the 2nd dress and it was discolored, so I sen Bejing, China

I ordered a wedding dress around 2 months ago. I placed the order online and when I received the dress, it did not fit.

So I placed an e-mail requesting to return the dress and received nothing. I sent the dress back to the Bejing address and when I e-mailed them and told them that they said it was the wrong address that I sent it to and that they would never see the dress and they were not going to help me.

Well I filed a complaint with the government. Well they sent the other dress and now this one is discolored. Again the same problem. Well they want pictures and they are nuts. Well I am not waiting to see if they will take care of the problem. Haven't heard anything yet.

This is why not to buy directly from China

I think the lesson here is not to order things directly from China.

For customers in the USA or the EU, if you buy from somewhere in your own country, there is less likely to be a problem, and the government can assist you better if there is one.
