I placed an order for a wedding dress, shoes, and purse that were all to be champagne.  When the order arrived, the dress was was a bile colored tan, the shoes were off white, and the purse light pink.  The person packing the order should have seen right then that they did not match although all were listed to be champagne. 

When I contacted the company...which could only by done via e-mail, I only got their return policy quoted to me over and over again.  It was like someone just sat on the other end of the internet repeating, "we do not speak-a-english". 

After several attempts, I requested that they only take the shoes and purse back, since the dress was ordered to my measurements. I felt this was more than a fair compramise...I still was stuck with a wedding dress that I could not where for my wedding. 

Again I got a return e-mail that was scripted the same way. 

 I guess the saying "land of the free"  must mean to this company "land of the free to be ripped off".
