Lindelle Studios Deceptive Sales ractices ridiculous fees Extortion practices Jenkintown Pennsylvania

My wife and I lost our proofs for some time since our wedding in 2004- Lindelle was contacted on matter adn quoted us enormous fees to have our pckge done w.o them. We contacted again 1 year after the event to get the same response. At no time were we informed that late charges would be added for each week. We recently found our proofs after uncovering some oversighted moving boxes. At that time, we fileld out our form and Lindelle was contacted to this effect. We were told by the Production Manager that the company was purchased back in 2006 and they would honor the old contracts but would need the late fees to do our albums. She quoted me $1000 to have our package completed. We already paid too much {1899.00} for our package and now they want $1000 in late fees for what? She stated that we could purchase an upgraded package and she would consider taking off a couple hundred dollars from that figure...what a scam!!!

Dont be fooled by their practices!! Thay are scam artists in every way and do not explain everything to you inclusing the small print. They are not accomodating in any way and should be shut down!!
