Lindelle Studios STINK! They are VERY SHADY, dishonest, ripoffs! Jenkintown Pennsylvania

We hired Lindelle studios to do our wedding photography because the saleslady (Sharon Pearl) emphasized that they have been in business for over 25 years and they provide quality work. All of the samples presented were lovely.

On the day of our wedding (12.31.05) we were generally happy with the photographer. She shot digital pictures and showed us several of them on the camera. She told us that she shot about 600 photos that night. When I picked up the proofs I was told that the albums in our package would be made from our proofs!! This means that our wedding album and our 2 parent albums must all have different pictures, or we have to pay extra!! I was given about 360 proofs. As I looked through them, I realized SEVERAL shots that I knew were taken were not included. In fact, there were NO BRIDAL PORTRAIT PICTURES!

I have met with nothing but defensiveness and downright bad customer service since then. Lindelle refuses to allow us to come and see the photos that they edited out. When I requested this, I was told that they gave me more proofs than guaranteed!

I even called the photographer who shot the photos and she verified my concerns, expressing utter shock that I had only received ONE picture of my cake, when she had shown me several!

I am fuming mad that Lindelle will not allow my husband and I decide which pictures to "delete" from the group!! They refuse to show us over 200 photos taken that day!! We paid $2500 for 3 albums, a bridal portrait, some 5x7s and our "negatives" -- they still refuse to give us ALL of the negatives!

We will probably have to go to Lindelle for a "reshoot" of our bridal portrait. This requires a new tux rental, hair, makeup, etc. I still have not received word regarding whether or not Lindelle will pay for these services.

We URGE people to AVOID LINDELLE STUDIOS AT ALL COSTS -- PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS FOR THEIR DISHONEST PRACTICES! They may be less expensive that other photographers, but trust us, you DO NOT WANT to feel the way we do now that we cannot truly recapture the images of our wedding day! Lindelle has kept the upper hand and we feel completely helpless as we await resolution of our issues!!
