I have had issues dealing with Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP since day one. From trying to pay tickets, to setting up a payment plan has been a nightmare. The customer service sucks. They are rude and difficult. They talk to you like you are crap. I reciently recieved a letter stating I was behind in my Novemeber payment, except I am not. I made my payment on Novemeber 4th and it posted to my account on Novemebr 5th my due date is November 10th. I now have 50.09 late fee. The statement also says that I could be taken off the payment arrangement list and be booted and towed. I made my payment.

I called Alisha @ 704615 @ 1:32pm on 12/22/15 and she stated that she saw my payment and that she would take care of it so that I didnt recieve any futher notices. Today I checked the mail and I have recieved another notice. I called back and actually got the same lady Alishia @ 704615 I explained to her that I spoke to her a week ago and she looked into my "record" and said it must be a IT issue and she put me on hold and "contacted IT". She then came back and informed me that I must have made my payment late and thats why the notice was generated. At this point I relaise she isnt looking at my file because if she had she would have seen that I made my payment on time. I told her this and she had an attitude and was like well mam I dont know what you want me to do about it. I reminded her that the phone call was being recorded and she then proceeded to get louder and said I know. I said I am not confident that I am not going to keep getting notices and I would like to speak to a supervisor. She said why? As long as I keep making my payments I wont have any issues. And I said really? Well I made my payment and now I am having issues. I then asked again to speak to a supervisor and she made some kind of comment under her breath and then told me to hold on. She then transferred me to the "supervisor" where I was placed on hold for a very long time and then I was hung up on.

I can not go into the office and do their job. It is not hard. Do not generate late statements to people who pay their payments on time. All I ask is that there is follow through. They get paid to make sure things are odne correctly. They want their payments on time and I want to not have to pay them late fees on payments that arent late. I would hope that someone at this firm see this and is able to rectify the situation. But I do not have high hopes seeing how I have been delt with thus far! The professionalism at this comapny is AWEFUL!
