The pool liner was professionally installed by a local contractor. In less than 6 weeks there were over five holes in the liner. I am finding new holes daily.
The customer service rep, Kim, e-mailed me that "its common sense that you should have installed a pad under the liner". Therefore the Warrenty is voided. I asked her to show me where it states on the LinerWorld website where the installation of a pad is required to keep the warrenty in effect. She never would answer that question.
The pool has been in this same location for over 15 years and we have never had a problem with holes or grasses growing thru any of the previous Liners.
My request for communications directly with the owner have gone unanswered.

All i ask is to be refunded my 409 00 for a liner a salesperson sent me. it was irresponsible of them and they should have looked to it further

Thank you LinerWorld for fast and friendly customer service with my situation. I would like to completely change my report for linerworld.com. The customer service manager (Dave) has contacted me quickly and they have taken care of my problem and gave me a new product without hesitation.
