Lingerie Mart Order not received credit card charged No refund issued Alpharetta Georgia

On 02/27/14 I purchased lingerie from Lingerie Mart for my Lingerie store. They processed my credit card for $231.80 and the money was taken out of my checking account. After about three weeks when I had not received my order, I tried contacting them. I had to do a Google search for their phone number because it is not listed on their website. When I called the number I got an answering machine that said that if you have placed an order and have not received it, to please rest assured that it was being processed and would be shipped. I have e-mailed them 4 times now and have gotten no response. As of todays date 04/14/14 I have not received my order and I have not heard from them and they still have my money.
