Lingerie Mart 2 weeks after payment and no response Internet

I placed an order (59047) with Lingerie Mart on the 29th March 2012 and to date 13 April 2012 (2 Weeks later) I have not received a response from them regarding the shipping amount even though I paid for the order in full. I'm beginning to think one of the following: They have closed down, they do not have stock, they do not ship internationally. Either way they should have responded to me by now unless they a scam company and have taken my money. 

Its the first time I've ordered from them and was hoping to order from them in the future but this first experience has not been a good one. I ordered from other companies in USA like lingerie4wholesale etc and within 2 weeks I have received my order. If Lingerie Mart take so long to respond to just give shipping costs I can only imagine how long they take to actually ship orders out. Maybe they should change their systems to calculate shipping costs when ordering to make the ordering process seamless. PS I am not based in the USA.
