Liquid Dreams Pools Do NOT use Liquid Dreams Custom Pools! Round Rock, Texas

Signed a swimming pool contract with Liquid Dreams Custom Pools July 28, 2011.  We put a down payment of a little over $6,000 to begin the process of having our pool installed.  Once financing was secured, we paid on a draw type system according to the terms of the contract and construction began on August 2011, almost a month after signing the contract.  To this point we have paid over $36,000.00 and have held up to our end of the contract.  According to the terms of the contract, several items still were not completed and we had to hire another contractor
(06/19/2012) to finish our pool approximately 11 months later.  Here are the items that Patt Daugherty of Liquid Dreams Custom Pools did not complete.

Gas line installed
Electrical line installed
Lighting Installed
Jetting installed
Remaining equipment installed (pumps, heater, valving, and
controls)
Spray Deck coating installed
Landscaping brought back to normal.

There was no construction activity from approximately November 2011 to May 2012.  There were weeks at a time that we receive no communication from Patt Daugherty and he did not answer or return our many calls.  When we did get to talk with Patt, he would tell us that someone will be out the next week and they never showed up.  We did not seen any activity on our pool for approximately 6 months; ample time to complete our pool.

We were very patient on this matter and would like see this crook out of business.  He needs to be investigated for deceptive trade practices and possible criminal activity since he basically stole approximately $14,000.00 from us and possibly more from others.  We are not the only people he has done this to, which we found out after it was too late.
