Liquid Dreams Pools Patt Daugherty Cracked Gunite; not finished pool warranty items Round Rock, Texas

We hired Liquid Dreams Pools in Feb. 2011 to construct our dream pool.  The owner of the company, Mr. Patrick Wade Daugherty (Patt) is the perfect salesperson.  Told us a good story and over-promised.  We have spent the past 12 months trying to get warranty items fixed.  During the process, he had to re-do items multiply times because the workmanship was sub-par.  We thought we had almost all the work finished when we discovered cracks in the plaster.  We had the cracked looked at by a professional and discovered the cracks are in the gunite thus requiring a pretty substantial repair.  We also need the patio leveled because it was installed uneven and holds water in places.  The over-flow system still does not work properly.  We have also asked for lien releases to protect future liens on our property and he has not given these to us.
 
We have been extremely patient with Mr. Daugherty but we are constantly lied to about progress on the repairs.  We have sent him numerous emails and he says I was about the call and your schedule is on its way but nothing ever progresses.  He is still taking money for new contracts and continues this same process each time.  He gets most of your money then doesnt finish items as promised.  I have even offered to find the vendors and coordinate the repairs if he would pay the invoice up front.  We are hiring an attorney this week to sue him but Im guessing he will just shut down and start under a new company name much like he did in Dallas.
