Litton Loans brought the note to my property in Nov 99. I've had forced place insurance place on my property twice, the property nearly went to foreclosure because of it. Every month I am assessed late fees because Litton says my loan is two months behind. Even when I send in two months of payments, I am still two months behind. Attorney fees and all sorts of other fees have been assessed to my loan as a result of Litton's doing.
