had a land contract with induvisal she sold it to litton loan they raised the payment never would give us a pay off and always charge fees for something every month now trying to steal home and say we owe the 4 k more then we bought it for five years agowe have never sign nothing with them and they still will not tell us how much we owe they just want the house what can we do hate there guts crooks

Land contract problem

From what I can try to understand here your problem should not be with Litton Loan but with the individual you did the land contract with.
It would appear they (the person you did the land contract with)had a mortgage on the property and it was the original mortgage holder who sold it to Litton loan. I would also think the individual that you were making payments to on the land contract was not making the payments to the lender which caused a default on the loan.

You can start but speaking coherently. I can't follow half the postings on this site because english is someone's fifth language or they decide yelling in CAPS is good enough rather than taking direct action at a rip-off.
If you're in with a loan company it shouldn't be hard to get the numbers on paper, provided they can understand what you're saying.
