OCWEN LOAN SERVICING!!! FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! COUNT ME IN ON CLASS ACTION SUIT!!!

My loan was sold back in July of 2011 from Litton Loan Servicing, because Larry Litton a/k/a Litton Loan, filed for bankrupcy.  My loan has been current from day one, however, i WAS NEVER GIVEN NOTICE that the loan would be sold, RESPA LAW states a customer muct be notified in writing at least 30 days prior to transfer or sale of their loan. This was strike #1!  

Anyhoo, sent may payment into Litton as usual, it was never returned & this new company Ocwen says  THEY did not get.  My payments were to start in Sept.  of 2011, and I paid in Oct (2) payments, one to catch up the one they claim they never receivedin Sept. & the Octobers payment, figured I COULD STRAIGHTEN THIS OUT LATER, JUST DID NOT WANT TO BE LATE! So these bird brains post BOTH Oct. payments, making it look as if I've never paid for Sept. when they know exactly what I intended to do because I FIRST CALLED TO DISCUSS THE WHOLE MISSING MONEY MATTER, which by the way is still out of my pocket but Ocwen says neither Litton nor Ocwen received! Strike#2 

Thus far into this crooked scam, I've been charged late penalty after penalty, charged for certified mail costs which i've never received, property Inspect. fees, Property Valuation Expense, not to mentioned my loan was fixed % they have jacked up my payment because they said escrow was short. Escrow was short because they keep taking money from my acct. for fees that do not exist!!STRIKE#3 

NOW I'M READY TO PLAY BALL!!!!!!! HAVE FAXED THEM PROOF FROM MY BANK THAT THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT WAS REC'D BY LITTON. I have faxed ALL of this info to them 7 TIMES OVER THE LAST YEAR & A HALF! Thank Goodness I save everything!!! Because It's WAR!! I had to start going to the Post Office & send the payment return signature & date request, just to prove that my payments are always on time. Now, last month I sent in my regular payment & they have returned it & charged ALL KINDS OF FRAUDULENT CHARGES!!!!

I have faxed them one last time & told them when they are ready to straighten out this mess that they have created, then i will resume paying. HELL, I TRIED PAYING & THEY SENT MY MONEY BACK, THIS MAKES THEM LOOK VERY BAD!!!! I'VE HAD SEVERAL FIRMS CALL ME, ONE IN PARTICULAR, they say its just a scare tactic & they too will try and milk you dry, DONT LET THEM!! LET THEM TAKE YOU TO COURT!!!  One attorney told me that word had it Ocwen does not have the original doc's needed to even try to foreclose on your loan. IF THERE IS A CLASS ACTION IM ON BOARD!!!! COUNT ME IN ALL THE WAY! I WANT TO PUT THESE SCUMBAGS IN THEIR PLACE!!  Still smiling tho, don't let life get ya down!!  Jacksonville Florida
