I ordered a one time box of Wu-Yi Source tea and was told that this was a one time fee and no other charges or subscribtions would be made. On there website once you sign up they mention you will receive some booklets and secrets along with your order of the tea for free as there perferred customer and their limited time special. About 5 days after I was charged the $80.96 for the tea I noticed a small fee on my account from a living lean las vegas and one month after that I was charged another fee of $19.95 from again, living lean las vegas.

I googled living lean las vegas and the Wu-Yi website came up. I called wu-yi and they gave me a song and dance story and told me there was nothing they could do and to call 866-396-5711. I called this number and asked for a refund. They said no, I argued back...long story short after 20 minutes of arguing on the phone and me threatening them short to a lawsuit and formal complaint they finally agreed to refund both charges. I am very disappointed with how wu-yi gave my information and falsely advertised that my information was not going to be sold or subscribed to another company. Their excuse all along was that they sent me an e-mail stating that they were going to subscribe me to living lean and if I did not call back and cancel this subscribtion within a certain amount of time I would be charged. All these junk e-mails they were sending me went to my junk e-mail box...I looked through some but they were all trying to sell something so I ignored them and asked to un-subscribe to their mail but little did I know they were going to charge me!

This is poor business practice and even though I love there tea, I will never order from them again! Please be aware of this and guard your personal information when ordering anything from TV or Online...from now on, I will buy the "old fashion way"...getting out of the house, in my car and shop from an actual store : )

There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window. Customer service is our number one priority and we do everything we can to be open with all of our customers. Of course, mistakes can be made; and if you were not aware of our terms and conditions in our site.
