We had the exact same experience with Living Well Today Magazine. The ad they promised to make was less than acceptable and when it took months to correct the issue I looked into it further. The rep who sold us the ad wouldn't even call back and after calls every day for weeks to their corporate office someone finally called me back. She was rude and tried to throw the "contract" in my face. They told me it didn't matter what their representatives told me and it didn't matter that they lied to me. The reps kept assuring me everything was fine when nothing was happening. So basically they took my money, lied to me, were rude to me and delivered nothing. I have never written a bad review for a business before, but they were that bad. 

I guess I googled them before buying but everyone else seems to have been screwed over recently too because when I type in their name it comes up with all kinds fraud and scam reports now. 

I have had the same experience as you. I was promised the TV commercial and two magazines, and a discounted price. I received the same run around from the company as you did, my ad was supposed to be in a magazine that doesn't even exist. What a sham Rob Mahanes is and teh company in which supports him.

Once I reported it to the company they hit my bank account twice the same day, and I too had to end up closing my account after I filed fraudulent report with the bank. They claimed they would investigate this matter and get back to me the next day. They will never get a dime from me again, and I hope they will be stopped by someone. It is too bad people and companies like this exist.
