LL Cellular RIPPED ME OFF FOR OVER 100 DOLLARS FOR A USED PHONE! NOT A GOOD SELLER! HORRIBLE COMPANY LOS ANGELES California

I had been looking for a new cell phone for a while and came upon LL Cellular. I picked out a phone and read through the information that was given under the description of the phone; it clearly stated that the phone was under a one year warranty with the Motorola Company.

The seller seemed very popular and with all of the positive feedback I was sure that I would be getting a great phone from a good company. I brought a phone from LL Cellular on July 17, 2007 on the ebay website. The seller required immediate payment so I paid for my item quickly. My item arrived at my home on the 19th of July 2007.

I inspected the phone and it appeared to be as the seller described, "New, Never Opened" I allowed the phone to fully charge on the 20th while I was at work. After turning on the phone, I noticed that it froze on the Motorola Start Up screen and as it went to the Cingular screen it froze even longer and it eventually turned off on its own.

I kept turning the phone on and off and after a few tries, it powered onto the main screen. I thought that it was odd that the phone was "new" and it was acting so strangely. I noticed that every time I closed the phone it would power off completely.

After trying to power the phone on once more, it would only show a white screen, power off and blink a few times. I knew then that the phone was damaged.

Very upset, I called the Motorola Company to see about this phone which was a Motorola MPX 220. After more than an hour on the phone with the representive, I was told that my phone had no warranty on it what so ever and that the phone had been DISCONTINUED and if I wanted the phone fixed I would have to pay another one hundred and sum odd dollars to have the phone fixed.

I was infuriated! I felt violated because my money was taken from me and I was sold a faulty phone on purpose!! I tried contacting the seller.

I got no answer from the seller so, I took my claim to paypal where I am awaiting a decision about this situation!

I am so upset because I had to waste money on a piece of CRAP and I was without a phone for a long time and I had to turn around and buy a completely different phone! This is just horrible!!

To all of you that are reading this.. please do not buy from this seller!!! You will surely get ripped off!
