Loan Depot Hidden fees at closing California

Every step of the way we were on top of the refinance. It seemed like everything few days they wanted a new form filled out another signature required, but we just figured it was part of the process so we did. Finally 4 months later at closing we were going over the pile of different fees we notice an extension free that was charged. We asked about it and they told us it was because of how long the loan process took... I was floored. I was ready to sign papers on day one, they took forever, but I'm getting charged hundreds for the process? I would not recommend using them for a loan!! Use a local bank, loan Depot WILL find a way to charge excessive fees.
