Loan Depot contacted me and wanted to refinance my mortgage , they made everything sound good so I paid for the appraisal and processing fees then they decided they wouldn't finance me after all and of course the money is not refundable

We got as far as a closing discloser where they had the payoff wrong by a few thousand and when I pointed that out is when things started to go south and they said I needed to come up with like $9,000.00 in out of pocket closing cost !

Bottom line is don't trust them futher than you can throw them !!
