The Locksmith Pros website advertises a 15 minute arrival time.  I waited 1 hour and 14 minutes for the locksmith technicians arrival.  The Locksmith Pros website advertises 'cheap', 'rock-bottom prices', 'quickest and most affordable solution'.  After a total of 40 minutes of service, 20 of which was just to break the lock (in all the wrong ways) I was charged $519!  This is in NO way cheap, rock-bottom or the most affordable solution!
The locksmith technician didn't ask for ANY proof at any time that I lived in the house I was trying to get into.  Luckily, I was trying to get into my own house.  For someone else they may not be that lucky.

The locksmith technician NEVER provided or mentioned any cost information or changes to estimates shown online prior to or during the service.  The locksmith technician damaged my door and remaining door knob by using a crow bar type 'tool' because he appeared to not know how to break a lock the right way.  The rates charged for my service are OUTRAGEOUS especially when they don't live to what they advertise.  I understand that costs can vary based on the information shown on your website.  But how in the hell does it equal $519?!?  If I go by the estimates online it would've been $105 not anywhere close to $519!

What I originally thought was the biggest issue in using their service (ex: times, proof of residence and cost) is now something much bigger!  What I experienced was what I consider no professionalism, harassment, abuse of my personal information and most importantly a threat to my personal, house and dogs safety. The locksmith technician asked for my number and after told  no multiple times he said 'that's ok, I already have it' (from when he called me to let me know he was on his way.  He then texted me his name.  10 minutes after leaving he called.  I didn't answer and he didn't leave a message.  He called around 10 minutes later.  Again I didn't answer and he didn't leave a message.  About 15 minutes later he texted me with 'Hey, I forgot to mention let me know if you want the painting fixed and when will be good if anything. Thanks' At this time the locksmith technician has my cell phone number and has used it multiple times for non-work related contact without my permission.
The locksmith technician can't seem to take no for an answer (or any answer) to not contact me.  On top of having my cell phone number he has my home address and knows how to break into my house (more likely in less than 20 minutes).  With the quote from their website the locksmith technician is FAR from what they promote and promise. For peace of mind and my safety I now have to get the new lock re-keyed or put another new lock on.  This is another added expense on top of the outrageous fees they charged.
