We had a locksmith service come to our house. The Ad online said it was a $15 call, plus labor.

The locksmith on arrival told us there would be a $189 charge if he had to drill the lock, which HE DID NOT DO. He told us new locks were $65 each, we got two. HE CONTINUED with the installation.
After the installation was complete. HE gave us a total bill for $420!!! With our discussions with him, we were under the impression that the cost was to be $145.
Since he was in our house, we felt threatened and that we had to pay, as he would not leave. As soon as he left, I called the locksmith customer service and they told me since he already left there was nothing we can do.
The way this individual handling forcing us to pay an additional amount it unacceptable. BAIT AND SWITCH AND INTIMIDATION.
