Logo Design Guarantee Didn't deliver quality logo, refused their own guarantee of refund. Internet

I paid for a logo and only received amateur level designs that I could've gotten myself for free.  Their NAME says Logo Design GUARANTEE, after multiple revisions with the same poor quality, I requested a refund.  They told me I couldn't get a refund because they did revisions and said it was in the fine print.  I looked at the fine print and still didn't see that.  So the CSR got her manager and said they will look into it.  I received an email stating that they would forward my refund request to the finance dept.  That was over 3 months ago. NO REFUND.  This company has multiple complaints saying the same thing.  I have filed a dispute with my bank which requires a 90 day investigation.  How in the world can a company claim a refund guarantee and not refund your money?  I never received my logo!  I basically paid for time consuming F Level cheap examples that I would Never use even if they were for free.  All they did was waste my time with endless emails trying to get me to see more design examples when I inquired about a refund.  They are ridiculous tacky crooks.
