Logo Design Guarantee Missleading Advertising but delivered goods! Internet

Ok, so having read the majority of other compalints regarding Logo Design Guarantee i decided to write my own report on this company & what i found out about them, i have to tell you that some of it is good news a as well as not so good too!

I found the company doing a google search, it was a UK address so assumed it was UK based, it seemed a promotion was on which was going to end at midnight that very day and their portfolio looks good so i used their chat facility to speak to a rep in real time. The rep i was chatting to was called JASMIN. She was quite helpful and told me it's best if i talk to one of the managers on the phone who will help me design a logo, they called me straight back as promised but the accent wasn't British and the audio quality of the call seemed distant with a 2 second delay when we spoke.

I asked the guy on the phone TWICE on the phone: "are you calling form abroad?" he repled NO, and said he was calling from Bristol UK, this was absolutley NOT true as the quality of audio whould not have sounded as inferior as it did & without a delay in our conversation, also when dialing 1471 after the call it stated that "we do not have the callers number" indicating the call was made from overseas.

I really don't know why i was lied to, anyway, after telling him my logo ideas and main heading and tag line he asked for my credit card details so the designer could start straight away which i refused and said i wanted to pay by paypal, i was told that paypal was disabled because of the promotion.......the promotion is active 24/7 and auto updates itself to make potential buyes into thinking that you only have up to midnight before the promo ends, this is very missleading, also, i really don't think they accept paypal at all to be honest.

Also, the logo samples in their portfolio are identical every month but the heading at the moment reads: LATEST JANUARY 2013 DESIGNS, last month it read, LATEST DECEMBER 2012 DESIGNS so im sure that next month it will read FEBURARY and so on. The examples in their portfolio i have to say seem very good indeed, this is one of the reasons why i contacted them.

Not happy with the missleading advertising & lie's so far, & don't ask why, but i actually filled out the payment form on the site for 25, i also included details of colours text, fonts etc, theres even a facilty where you can upload images or files of example or ideas you may have, this included 6 concept designs with unlimited revisions and a money back guarantee at anytime....ok, so the worst that could happen here is lose 25.

The 6 designs arrived in less than 24 hours, i was impress my the 6 logo's but none of them really were suitable for my business. With every logo samples they send you, you have the choice to rate them from 1 to 10 stars and then fill out the revision form asking for any changes or ideas you may have......... ok....so this went on for approx 3 weeks with lots of changes so i'm going to cut a very long story short here. They made revisions just as requested and delivered on time, the longest i had to wait was approx 48 hours and the shortest just 12 hours......bearing in mind that in total i had 39/40 revisions and finally was happy with the end result with 2 of them, both identical designs but the colours were different...in fact i was so pleased with them that i payed a little more extra and decided to by the other from them.

I then filled in the form to confirm to finilase the 2 logo's i chose which they delivered to me in multiple formats such as JPG, PNG etc just 24 hours later.........so to sum up, missleading advertising and not so truthful rep on the phone.....but delivered what i wanted plus more and kept their promise for multiple unlimited revisions...in total i paid a total of 45 for 2 very professional logo's and happy with them both!
