I ordered on report for 100. I received it and it was useless. They said it came with a money back guarantee. I called and was switched over to a broker who told mr it was just that I had ordered the wrong product. I am a fairly sophisticated investor, but this guy asked me many questions about my investment goals and unsold me on a $2500 product that he said would be perfect for me. When I got it, it was a joke. It gave one recommendation on a highly speculative stock in the commodity sector. We all know this sector is tanking. They offered a full refund. They do not answer my emails or if I phone they just try to sell me more. No commitment to return money yet. A red flag I missed was they asked me to phone my credit card company and tell them to expect the charge so it was not denied. I mow realize this was because they are known to be scammers by the fraud departments,
. I feel like a dope. Do not ever deal with these guys. They offer even less than you can get by reading one issue of the Financial Times!

Ken - we sincerely apologize for any frustration and/or inconvenience you may have experienced in relation to dealing with a Sales professional, while we were attempting to help you make changes to your account. While the call may have been lengthy, we endeavor to explain all of the options available to you, and we explain all of the details surrounding your subscription to ensure that there is no misunderstanding or confusion.
In all fairness and with all due respect, we take the quality of our newsletters and recommendations as seriously as we take our ability to provide world class customer service. Our Analysts are experts in their respective area and they do their best to provide top-quality picks & information.
Additionally, it is standard practice for us to advise customers to contact their banks, prior to us charging amounts over $1,000. Our business has over 2,000,000 world-wide, and we have been around since 1986. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau; we are not a scam.
We were able to locate the two (2) unresponded emails sent into our Service team on Friday, April 19th (after we closed) and the Second on Sunday, April 21st.
