If you get anything from these people, don't ignore it. I happened to see on the court web sight where they filed a suit against my husband. He was not served any papers. I sent them a registered letter requesting validation of debt, etc. There is a legal form you can send. They replied with a fake account number and an address that is an ATM . Does that tell you anything?
After researching these people, I have found this is common. I made the mistake a year ago when they did this to him and ignored it. They got a judgement. Now after research, I think they did the same thing. My husband is 100percent PTSD so I handle most things like this. I WILL be in court this time. By the way, he was never served before either.

they have done this to me and hit me with a Garnishment. i tryed to fight them and get much info as i can. but in all efforts it was a fail. now they are taking 110$ a week out of my check. the assumed debt has been paid off and they are still taking money. after 3 phone calls to them to get them to stop all they do is hang up on me. my check stubs shows the amounttaken and has a running total,they have not sent the release or even tell me why they can't release according to the court papers the said amount has been collected. now i am behind on bills. i really can;t afford to Hire a lawyer for help with this. if you can hire a lawyer do it.
they do not care about your life or your bills long as they get the money thye say you owe. as for the account being fake try to prove it and put a stop to them.
as for my Situation with LOVE,BEAL AND NOIXON PC THEY ARE NO GOOD Attorneys to deal and they defend junk debt collectors from other states and local.
i to try find out who the debt was from all i got was a disconnected phone number and address that was out of state.
i just want the garnishment to stop like i stated they have full collected amount and could care less about stopping it.
