I was moving from florida to austin. I contacted JR and he gav me a verbal guarentee that my things would be delivered to me on the 15th of oct. Moving day came and they were 4 hours late withno explination and an empty truck. It took the 4 hours to pack everything in my 500 squarefoot apt. and they handed me a bill $1200 over the estimate. My total was $3000. My stuff was loaded and I complained and Freddy said it would be $1000 for them to now offload everything.

I paid I was supposed to be moved out by the 1st. Not only did I pay but Freddy was given $$250 to split as a tip between three guys and he had the audacity to tell me I should make it an even $300. I left to Austin and consistently called Yolanda who reassured me everything was fine and would be arriving on the 15th. Not only did my things not arrive on the 15th No one could tell me where they were or when I would be getting them.

After 5 days a hotel I finally received my things and Every single piece of furniture was broken or lost. It was all things Freddy and his guys packaged that I paid extra for them packaging! Marble table tops shattered, pictures broken, headboards broken, no base to kitchen table, lost computer, lost router, cockroaches in clothing, mangled outdoor chairs. The list goes on. The best was after everything was unloaded they started unloading things that werent even mine and telling me just to keep it!! I hope no one else uses such a scam company who points the finger at everyone else.
