Low Country Van Lines Fraud, rip off movers from south florida and Summerville, South Carolina

Low country van lines is operating a dishonest organization. I was given a moving price via email from the organization which included a pick up date of June 30th. I was very specific in the needs of the move to the company. I was also very specific in the price. I was assured that to get my business, the price was firm and no additional charges would be added. The company didn't show up on the scheduled day as planned causing additional days of rent being charged by the land lord. The next day they were scheduled to show up at 630 am, which they didn't show up until 830 am. When the crew arrived to start the move, I was told that the price went from 2560 to a new price of 4100. The additional charges were for three mattress covers, and to pad four tv's, and two mirrors, and a glass cabinet. Even though all these items were on the bill of lading and the moving order. I was told that the price I was given was to include any and all furniture wraps, and padding needed for these t.v.s. In our discussions on the phone, I was told that the move included these materials to safely move all goods in my home. I was even told by the forman that I was out of luck and if I wanted to move I would have to pay the new price. He also told me that this happens at every site they go to, and that is how the owners make their money, by giving low quotes and then when the home owners don't have any other options they have to pay what ever is asked. Due to Low country van lines fradulent practices, we had to pay another mover more money for a last minute move, we had to pay 5 additional days of utilities, and charged an additional 5 days of rent. Not to metion that the person we brokered the move through would not  return our calls during the delay or the day of the move when we received the requote. All of this is unsatisfactory and unacceptable for any bussiness, especially when you are putting the possesion of personal items in anothers hands. honesty, trust, and accountability is a must.
