Low Mileage Parts DO NOT GO WITH THESE GUYS!! Internet

I wish that I had looked into these guys before making a purchase. I would have read the other gentlemen's comments and stayed away from them. I'm suffering the same issues that he went through and can verify that everything he is saying is correct.

First of all, the customer service is the worst customer service I've ever worked with. Even from the very beginning, where you are usually greeted with, "Hello, my name is [insert name here], how may I help you?", instead, you get, "Hello?!" It doesn't get better from there, either.

I will say, the shipping IS actually free, but you need to have it shipped to a mechanic to get the free shipping. It actually shipped pretty quickly and so I was actually impressed. That is about as far as it goes. From there, my mechanic told me that it was the wrong engine that was sent, and trying to resolve anything with this company is the worst experience you will have. They just insist that you ordered what you ordered and are very unwilling to help - and that's assuming that you even get a hold of someone. I kept being told that I had to work with the original salesman - when I ordered it online!

I'm hoping that I'll be able to get any of my money back, but they keep giving me the run around and seems like they're delaying until it's past the 30 days. 

This was the first and last time I will ever use this site and do not recommend anyone to go through this! I would have been better off paying an extra $200-300 to my mechanic to get it direct through him and not had to deal with these guys.
