Lowe's Home Improvement Could Care Less About There Employee's Piss poor people Skills , Could care less if your hurt or not, Employee owned and operated Bull Sh*t Abingdon Maryland

If Lowes Home Improvement is Employee owned and Operated. Then why do they work so hard to screw them. I have be at my store for going on 3 yrs. I was there when we set the first beam of the store now I want the hell out.

I worked hard for my management staff doing anything that was needed to be done. And when you go out because of surgery because there's not enought people in your dept to help with the heavy work and you do it yourself. Bang!! then comes the a** raping.

Your not only out on disaility (Free advice Alway File Workman Comp ) I learned the hard way never again. Now What was I saying Ohh! your not getting paid enough to pay your medical bills. Your HR person Is calling you all the time. Wanting to know when your coming back to work. How stupid is Lowe's? You had surgery you come back to work when the doc says you can. What were they think I was sitting at home having a party.

And then when you do finaly get to come back to work at not even a hundred percent. Bang!! another a** rape. They put you not in the dept. you left but in one in which they know you can't do the work. When asked why I couldn't go back to my original dept. They said my postion was filled because I was out for so long. Like I had a Fing chioce on how long I was out.

I'm starting to rant. The moral to this Rant is.

Lowe's doesn't give a rats a** about there emplyees. They dont care if you hurt, They dont care if your family life is going to sh*t because they work you some kind of stupid a** flex schedule. I'm full time let part timers due flex. They dont care about anything that has to do with there employees. Except how hard they can work them or not work them to stay in BUDGET so they can get there bonus. Which also bullsh*t they get all the money and the hourly employee, Yes that right BANG another a** rape brought to you by the good people of LOWE"S.

As an employee all I want is to be treated like a person not a thing. When I speek I want to be listened to. When I need off. I want to be off. And not get the fith degree when I ask for it. And no one I dont care how long they've been with the company should have to work every weekend.

Ohh! And why the h*ll does Lowe's keep there stores open on holidays when the employees could be home with their families. Ohh! that right that means more money for the greedy b*st*rd of corporate Lowes. Keep them fat and wealthy so they can live to screw there employees another day.
