Back in November I received a call from a Mr. Chris Greene representing Luca Financial. Stating that with a one time fee of $249.00 I was able to receive a Master Card with a $2,000 limit.

I proceeded with a deduction from my checking account. I received a package in the mail dated Jan. 20 with some garbage about discounted vacations along with a letter dated Jan. 02 stating that my card would arrive in about 25 days. Here it is almost 4 months and no card.

Every time I call I get the same runaround" That system is down or I just started here or we will make sure it is mailed to you tomorrow.

All I can say is that these people put one hell of a crimp in Christmas for three little girls. These people need to be stopped and I have started legal process against them.
