Lumanelle Charged me $178.80 for a "Free sample" North Vancouver British Columbia Canada 

Lumanelle sends emails promoting their product, making it look like it comes from someone else who has  reviewed them.

Go to their website and you can see in giant print how they seem to offer a  reasonable opportunity to try their products- a 'free sample" will be sent just for shipping and handling for the 2 products that  need to be used together-$4.95 and $3.95.  Then  you  get it monthly automatically unless you cancel. Looks fair enough.

 What reeally happens is you get the samples, then shortly afteward (14 days from the day they shipped it) they charge you $79.95 and $89.95 for what you already received and call it the first month's supply- so no matter when you cancel, you are paying $178.80 for your "free sample" to try the product.

Call them to cancel, and they keep you on the phone for a half hour fast talking you  with more sales pitches. Finally get them to understand you want no recurring charges, but will order yourself when you want, they reluctantly cancel, but will not refund a dime.

Offer to return the samples for a refund, and they say it's too late.
