Luma-Hydrate Lumanelle USA Not refunding returned items Lehi, UT Internet

 I responded to the 4.95 offer for some of their products.  The next months I received product and charges to my credit card for over 160.00.  I contacted them and was told to return the product for credit which I did in February.  When I did not receive a credit to my account by July I began to call. Three different times I was promised a refund only to call back after a refund was not received with an excuse why it was not received.   Finally on September 19 I received a check for the goods.  I went to cash it at my Credit Union and was told the check was in Canadian Funds.  They promptly took the money out of my account as a hold which became permanent when the check bounced.  I called them today to inquire what to do and was told that I had to wait another 72 hours for a manager to contact my.  I  asked for that manager's name and it could not be provided.  I do not expect a call back on this.
