LUMA HYDRATE The company charged $4.95 for a free sample of product. It was no where mentioned that I will have to pay a recurring charge in subequent months. But they charged $ 89.95 on July 14, 2014 from my credit card. The first charge of $ 4.95 for free sample was charged on June 27. I received the free sample but nothing more. This is clear cheating, and I reuest for an action against the company which is defrauding hundreded of persons. Dont know Internet

I saw an advertisement on internet that a company is offering LUMA HYDERATE product for cleansing skin. As a promotion they were sending the product free subject to payment of $ 4.95 as shipping and handling charges. I thought it to be good offer and I requested of a Free Sample on June 27th 2014 and paid this amount through my credit card. I received the sample after a week on so. I was surprised to see my Account Statement which indicated and besides $ 4.95 (which I had duly authorised) another amount of $ 89.95 have been charged to my same credit card, for which I made no authorisation at all, I received nothing this time. I never wanted to purcahse this product again so I have been defrauded by the firm. I cant contact them because the telephone # 1800-582-9682 which was shown as their contact number has been reported to have been disconnecte. I will therefore request to look into the matter and save hundredreds of persons being defrauded by this firm. I may also be helped to get my money refunded.
