lumidaire Internet ad for free trials of creams at nominal cost (paid) Charged close to $180.00 for creams citing obligation to purchase if not notified to cancel within 14 California

As above.  Internet ad promoted free trial of face cream at nominal cost.  Also promoted free sample of eye cream at nominal cost.  I received what I thought were free samples.  $4.95 and $3.95 respectively was paid.  My bank statement shows my account debited for close to $180.00 with another charge pending for $93.++.  When I called, they told me that they do not promote free samples (I took a picture of the ad) and that if customer did not notify Lumidaire within 14 days of receipt of creams, that monthly shipments (@ close to $180.00) would follow.  Nowhere in the ad was this stipulated.
