Lumidaire Eyeserum Oraskincream Bait and Switch. I was supposed to receive a free sample for which I paid the shipment with my ATM Card. The following week I was charged $89.75 for eyeserum and $89.75 for Oraccream. Costa Mesa, California

This company used the free sample of a Lumidaire cream to gain access to my credit card. The sample allegedly was free, but the shipping had to be paid by credit card or paypal. Once they got the number for the card, they immediately charged my card for $89.75 for Eyeserum, which I did not ask for. In addition, they charged my card for another $89.75 for something called Orocream. Both charges were done the same day. I contacted them to cancel whatever the cream is and asked for a refund. They refused to refund, and claimed they had canceled the account. I am filing this report because this is credit card fraud. I am mad as hell and I do not want them to get away with this.

I phoned them to cancel, but they refused to refund the money. I informed them that I do not want the product. So far, I have not received the product and they refused to refund. The free sample and the payment for shipping was just a ruse to get the credit card number.
