I was charged 179.48 for 2 procucts that I did not order and when I called to have this refunded, all I got is the ruaround by a female who did not identify herself and she kept saying the same thing. Nothing has been received here as even the trial offer, was not received and I never ordered anymore. I did receive a call on my voice mail telling me that if I would call, they would refund and cancel any further orders, but when I called, they said they would only refund 85% of all charges. I said that is not acceptable, and they said that is they only arrangement I would be aloud. I have not had anything credited to my checking account, and nothing has been received to this date.
