Luminant Skin Sirka Marketing Group, LLC. Ripped Off Big Bucks on Cancelled Order Nashville Tennessee

Wife sent off for "FREE" sample of Luminant Skin product and gave credit card number to pay for SHIPPING. Did not like the product and called and cancelled during the so called trial period. She received the product anyway and was charged $98.90 on the credit card. We sent the product back and asked for a refund due to cancelling earlier. Company kept the product and did not reimburse us our money. Got another shipment and again was charged $98.90. I called to a very rude customer service and got it cancelled again.

Did not receive the cancellation e-mail they promised and had to call again to get the cancellation number and requested another e-mail comfermation which I never received. This company is a real rip off as they convently do not cancel the product during the trial period and you will receive a monthly supply of their junk for $98.90 a month. Still waiting on a respnse to a letter asking for the money back for the product we returned (we have the Post office delivery signature confermation).
