Luminary I order the luminary cream & eye cream. they said, it free try just pay 4.95 per order. they did not said anything about returning the products within 14 days otherwise you will be charge on your acct. for $93.79 per item. Nor need to cancel the order either. I got charged 4 times of $93.79. I tried to dispute the charges and they didn't refund my full amount of the charges. and the shipping didn't include the invoice nor the receipt of my order either. This is a scam company. berkeley california

I too was scammed but got my money back!

Hi. I called the company telephone # that appeared on my credit card bill. I spoke to Rochelle Agent 341. I demanded my money back telling her over and over and over how this was a scam...I was taking this situation to the Attorney Generals office and they were also participating in fraudulent advertising by using Chip and Joanna Gaines from Fixer Upper in their ads. I was relentless!! Rochelle battled back spewing about the 14 day trial...which I told her was NO where in the ad...even made her give me exact web address again for the Atty Gen. After about 15 mins of back and forth with me adamantly demanding my full refund, Rochelle offered 35% of my money back...fast forward she finally went to 50%....eventually to 75% refund and at that point I demanded once again a full 100% or I would see she was prosecuted....I received my full refund. Please try this tactic. Good luck!!
