Luminess Air Deceptive bait and switch advertising. Stafford Texas

I went online www.luminessair.com to order an airbrush makeup kit after seeing it advertised on television.  I paid the 29.95 and then upgraded for $10.00 more, to find out three separate charges had been made to my credit card for over 100.00 dollars on two separate dates approximately ten days apart.  When I contacted Luminess Air I was told that I would be charged reurring monthly installments of $79.95 for five months for the kit and then 29.95 month thereafter for the makeup.  Not at all what I thought I was getting.  Of course no mention was made in the television ad, and then when I contacted the Customer Service they told me it was in the fine print.  Which required a magnifying glass to read. 

The fine print on the back of the invoice that arrived with my products is even smaller and necessary to read to return the items.  Although I did not get a good feeling when I spoke to them that I would receive anything in the form of a refund unless I insured the package and returned it with a tracking number (which is not how it arrived in my hands), but obviously something could happen to it when I return it. 

What a scam.  The customer service person did tell me they could let me have it for three payments of $79.95 instead of five and I told her it was the principle.  I do not do business this way and I do not expect to do business with anyone else who does.  I returned the merchandise in the same box, unopened, the same day I received it. 

Again, what a SCAM.
