Why did Jim Press neglect to do anything when I kept following up in 2005, 2006, & 2007?

Why are BOTH of these people no longer CEO of Toyota? (Mr. Funo & Jim Press)

Hello, my name is Mike Engle. I am the Senior manager at Lustine Toyota and I am in charge of quality control. I have 10 years experience with Toyota, and am here to ensure that incidents such as those that have been expressed here do not get repeated under my watch. I am a Marine who still holds true to his values. I value the opinions and stories that have been shared on the site, as they will help educate me on the present perception of Lustine Toyota.

I am here to be a part of the long term future of Lustine Toyota. I will be part of the solution, not the problem.
