I was told that I would only be charged 4.95 for shipping instead I was charged almost 200.00. I called the company immediately they gave me a return conformation number. I paid again mor money for shipping. This happened in April of this year and have called a total of 17 times. I keep getting promises of it being processed bla.bla. I have talked to employees Joseph,Maria,Joseph a,Jose and Lea to get promises and lies. Please help.. this was advertised during the show the Doctor's.
