Luxoderm False advertisement Newburg New York

 I saw an advertisement on the skin cream for $4.95. I decided that I would like to try it.  It took a while but it was delivered to me.  I happened to look at my account, there was $139.90 out of my account. This has caused my bank account to have been messed,  money is not there to cover certain returned checks.  I never consented to additional orders, the products was not even tried by me. So why would I want more of the products?

I made a call to complain about what happened. I was told to mail it back, then once the products were received then my account would be credited the amount. I was covered because there was a ninety days and I was still in it. Especially since I had not opened or use the products.  A call was made to confirm the receipt of the products. I was told that it was received on 12-27-14. "Due to the holidays things were behind, but give nine days." I have called for days now since 12-27-14.

I have given nine days, call today, and was told, that "there a thirty days hold on all refunds."   I expressed my disgust with this remark and service.  Also, requested to speak to his supervisor, was told, "there wasn't one." 

This company need to be handled.  It is sad.  A RIP OFF!
