Luxoderm AloeVella Skincare Risk free trial is a word game. Newburgh, New York

Luxoderm advertises on TV commercials that they will send a "risk free trial" of their skincare product for the shipping cost of $4.95. I didn't order anything else from them, but they sent two bottles of the product and charged $139.90 to my credit card without my authorization. The refund policy says that for a refund I must contact them within 30 days of receipt.

The amount charged was 11/13 transaction date and 11/15 posting date. I didn't receibe my c card statement until 12/5 and called them on 12/8 to request a return and refund. I was spoken to a very rude man who accused me of not understanding that a "risk free trial" isn't a free sample. They advertise falsely on TV. The interpretation of "risk free" is up to them, not to the ripped off customer, apparently.
