Luxstlye Internatioinal went on to their website and filled in the free trial form when i realised how much their product was i did not proceed with the order. A week or so later i recived the Quick Max products and i emailed them saying i had not gone through with the order and why have they sent me the product. I asked them to send me a free return form so as i could send them back their products after a few emails they said i could not get a refund because my 14 days return period had ended and i could only return on their 90 days return policy by fedex or UPS which quite expensive. Then i recieved an invoise and a debt collection notice plus late payment invoice by post for £84.85. I have emailed them again today that i am returning their products and filing a complait against them. Dont know what to do.
