I bought a 2001 Audi S4 from Luxury motors on April 2nd 2005. I got it for what would have been a great price if the car was what they said it was. I also purchased an extended warranty at that time from them. The bottom line is that the car had a dirty title.
The warranty, which was by easycare, ended up paying out on all the repairs which totalled well over $30,000. The car was a lemon. The B5 platform Audi does have a history of being an expensive car to maintain but the problems on my car for the mileage were excessive... more to come on this
I would like to start off by saying that their service department was a joke. It would take them forever to fix the car, mainly because it would often sit for a week or more before it was worked on. The fact that they are certified to fix Bentleys means nothing because they use different mechanics for different cars.
There were issues that took anywhere from three to six visits to resolve. Some issues were never resolved by them. And often times right after a service new issues would arise which made me think something was going on. The last straw came after they replaced the rack and pinion but ended up making the steering loose... i took the car back six times to get this fixed and ended up having to go to an Audi dealer who identified the problem as a screw that was left loose by technician who had done the steering work at Luxury Motors. They did re-reimburse me for work done at the Audi dealership. When I switched mechanics and started taking the car to a reputable shop all the constant problems stopped
As far as the car is concerned I was told that it was accident free and that it had a clean title. Three years later when I decided to sell the car I was told by the dealer that I was going to trade into that the car had been in a previous accident and that the car was suspect of having odometer fraud. Fortunately for Luxury Motors and me the car was totaled in a collision and legal action was avoided because my insurance paid out.
They are dishonest people who knowingly miss-inform their customers. Their customer service is non existent and it would be best for anyone to avoid doing business with them.

Legally speaking it is the dealerships responsibility to disclose odometer fraud and accidents. True, I could have done some more research but I was naive and thought I was working with a reputable dealership.
I am aware that I did not have to take my car to get serviced by Luxury motors, and that is why I switched to a fantastic indy shop. The reason for writing this report is to inform other possible consumers of my multiple experiences with them and about how incompetent their service department is.

Well first of all, I feel you should have done some homework on your Audi S4.... Everyone knows that car has many problems. Second, you should realize that your ez care warranty can be used anywhere in the USA. What do you want Luxury Motors to do? There in the business of selling high end used cars, not new cars. You buy "AS-IS", and some have a balance of factory warranty. You just wanted the "S4" and that's it.... So if you want to blame someone, blame yourself. I've bought at least 7 cars from them in the last 5 years, with no problems. And I don't even buy the warranty from them either. I take it straight to my Indy shop and have a complete maintainance done on it, I spend about 1k bucks and my head is clear. It's way cheaper then paying 3k for an ext. warranty. Never had a problem. Sorry to hear about your problem. Good Luck...
