Cannot recommend at all. 4 to 6 week install quoted May 2015. Pool is still not finished as of this post. Multiple issues during construction including pool, concrete, pool equipment, etc. Communication between contracted installers was terrible. Communication between salesperson (Greg Ibrahim) and homeowners was virtually non-existent after down payment was accepted. Company was registered as Luxury Pools LLC last year and was advertising as Luxury Pools of Michigan. The owner of Luxury Pools LLC dissolved the company on 06/01/2016. Greg Ibrahim re-opened company as Luxury Pools of Michigan LLC this year (2016).

This company was removed as a dealer of Thursday Pools (fiberglass pool shell manufacturer) because of multiple issues. Ask why and see if the answers sound like excuses. Beware of the multiple "sell" points if you dare meet with this company. The website has no customer testimonials, pictures of recent work, contact names, ownership, about us etc. It is a free Wordpress website. This should raise some red flags for anyone looking for an established company. Do your research. As of this post, this company is only a few months old. Remember, Luxury Pool LLC is dissolved. The ownership has changed and re-opened under Luxury Pools of Michigan LLC. They are even advertising the same address as the original dissolved LLC. Ask why and see if the answers sound like excuses.
