M & L Imports No money Down Scam with Car Credit Bailout Villa Park, Illinois

I just want to make sure there is documentation here, cause I know I'm the first. On Craig's list there are many listings for Car Credit Bailout, which is for people like me with bad credit. I filled out the online application and Bill Kay called me to tell me I was in luck. I qualified for a $7500 loan with no money down. Then he sent me to M & L Imports and instructed me to talk to Gino or Robert and that they would be expecting me and already had my application on file. I get there and talk to Louis who acknowledges where I came from. Then he shows me a 2004 Chrysler Seabring with 45,000 miles for $6999. Note KBB values it at $4200 in perfect condition. Now he talks the whole time we're in the car obviously trying to distract me from listening to the engine. I tell him I'm not all that jazzed on the car and especially the price. He asks me if he can work it down if I'd be interested. I say yes. So he goes in talks to his FM and comes back with a ridiculous offer of $1500 down (remember this is supposed to be zero down) and $399 a month (I'd told him I wouldn't do more than $200). So obviously he didn't listen to me, didn't follow thru on the original agreement which was why I was there in the first place. These people prey on the credit challenged. They want to soak you for as much money as possible. They make it seem like they are going to help you, but they just want to take you for a ride. The car had virtually no gas in it and I never got the thing over 35 mph. That's not a test drive! How could one know how it performs in a higher gear? Avoid M & L and avoid Car Credit Bailout! Scammers!
