First the salesman over the phone they told me that they had g35 coupe available and was looking directly at while being on the phone. When I made it there the coupe is all the sudden a sedan. So he lies and says "oh sorry I thought you said a sedan". So now I pretty much told myself well a sedan is probably what I need anyway being that I have a family, so we went on to talk about the deal on the sedan. I won't even get into the childish disrespectful manner in which they thought they were playing the interest rate/down payment/ trade-in game. The guy comes out with a contract written with a black sharpy with everything that I disagreed to and says "here sign it quick before the boss changes his mind".

So now after I got fed up with the circus of this guy going to the back and coming back with rediculous numbers I packed it up then headed for the door. Now all of a sudden they are able to make the deal that I presented 2hrs ago. However they promised to fix the brakes on the car and that all I would have to do is bring it back. The brake lights, abs, and a vehicle dynamic.. light was on on the dashboard. The brakes were also grinding a bit. I had them put it in writing but later this would only be useless.

They forged my signature with some wrinky dink car insurance company somewhere during the night that I found out about 30 days later when they started sending bills to my address. So back to the brakes. They gave me the run arounds until finally a couple weeks later they told me to bring  the car in for repairs. I brought it to them on a Thursday evening. I pointed out that rear rotars were rusty and in bad shape as if the calipers were not even engaging them when I pressed the brakes. They said no problem and that their mechanics will straighten everything out and have it all done by Friday evening. I called and called Friday but they said to come the next day which was Saturday at noon.

As soon as I arrive I became angry instantly because I could see from a mile away that they had not touched the rear wheels. The rotars were still rusty on the section where the brake pads should make contact. The salesman says "its fixed, all the lights on the dash are off". I reply the lights may be off but the car doesn't want to stop. I argued for a while before I realized that I was getting nowhere. I decided getting it fixed myself would be much less stressful than dealing with idiots that are taking me for a fool. It turns out that they held my car from Thursday to Saturday and all they did was added brake fluid to get the lights on the dash to turn off. No brake pads, no rotors, they didn't even have to use one tool to "fix" the car.

I later spent 250-300 bucks getting these things straightened out, and told them to forget about the 500 dollars that they claim I owe them...a bogus 500 that wasn''t going towards my balance. They thought they were the only ones slick...lol
