M&L imports from the outside may look like a decent place you can purchase a car but dont be fooled.  They are the quintessential quick excuse, no concreate answer , lets talk money car sales.  Just give them a call and see how fast they want your money vs answers about the car or  just walk in and witness the game playing on the phone they play with each other as customers try to get ahold of someone.  The complaint department is resolved with lies and excuses. 

Dont get scammed like I did.  After putting money down on a car to hold I planned on a trip to see the car several hundred miles away.  I called to let them know that I was coming and we set the date.  When I arrived at 10 am the salesman that I worked with kept trying to put me off and hang out in another office.  After an hour of waiting I asked where is the car.  First he stated he wasnt sure because he had to go to the ER room the day before and didnt know what happened.  ( Little strange since I I talked to him that day and saw him the next morning and he was fine)  Ok fine he went to the ER.  Then after waiting another hour and a half he states "  the owner has it and wanted to keep it nice for me"  Kinda wierd why wouldnt they just keep it in the shop.  Then for the third story the salesman states " we let someone take for the night to test drive it and they will be back at 3pm. At this point I am thinking how dumb am I .   I return at 4:30 pm an hour and half after the stated time , sure enough no car. In  over 6 hours no car.  What really happened to the car who knows, but wouldnt you think after putting 15% down they would hold the car for you and not let others or whoever drive your presumed car.  I understand maybe a quick drive for a potential customer if I decided not to buy but to just take the car to have?  Then not to have the car when you tell them you are showing up and playing the I dont know game...  Needless to say I spent several hundred dollars in the trip and was taken for a ride.  I am not the only one on this report to complain about This business the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing.  The quick answered lies are not even intelligent.   Also check with BBB they have complaints as well about them.( To bad I didnt do it before hand) But feel free to stop in and deal with them, you will get the picture quick.
