Macey & Aleman/ www.legalhepers.com never receieve my dischargers papers, pay last 200.00 to convert from chapter 13 to chapter 7 merrillville Indiana

I file for my bankruptcy in year of feburary of 2011, due many issues and wantt to start my life over. I have been paying Macey & Aleman for three and half years on a chapter 13. and paying to chapter 13 trustee Paul R Chael also located in the merrillville area. Paying each month like clock work. I have all my paper work from the beginning and to the end.

made my last payment in 2013 of 200.00 to Macey & Aleman to Paul R Chael to convert my chapter 13 to chapter 7. This is from the lawyer Daniel W. Matern. I had 30 days to make this last payment or my three and half year would be invain, I did not want hard earn money go in vain, so I did want my discharge papers so I can move on to the next chapter of my life. not knowing that this company has gone out of business. Taking all my money that I have paid off my bankructy  or not recieving my discharge papers.

So funny my  co-worker had ask me, that she was looking for a bankruptcy law firm and I inform her that I had Macey,  she call them and said that they number was not listed and that they had went out of business... and that they were on the internet, I could not believe my ears what I was hearing.

I got home making phone calls to the Macey" number can not be reach" the recording give me another number, call that number and that number is not recieving any calls, What the hell is going on, now I am "hot as Hell", because it took me three and half years to get where I am today, back where I started.

So I call Paul R Chael, the standing chapter 13 trustee, returning my call I was told that my chapter 13 was dismiss because of default. Now mine you i pay my last 200.00 for this reason so my case can go on to the next stage. Now I am heated because now Macey Aleman never file my chapter 13 to be convert to chapter 7. and to come find out that there were never a chapter 7 and that Paul R Chael, does not do chapter 7.

but all this time that i should do a chapter 13 because it was cheaper route to some collectors from garnishing my wages. I unsecure I feel, I had my trust in Lawyers, these Lawyers.

Now that I am writing this it just occur to me that I my first lawyer actually quit Dinah Adams then came along Daniel.

I would like to sue this company but at the same time I have to find another bankruptcy law firm to start all over.

I hope there will be some type of law sue action against company,its not fair.

What going to happen for those whom file and never recieve their discharge paper, like me. pay money to trustee and again never recieve anything in the mail or email.
